Client Testimonials:

We feel very fortunate for our experience with MJ Chiles, who helped us relentlessly and patiently through a trying transition. When we were selling our house in Philadelphia, we needed temporary housing in the middle of starting a new job and - most importantly - we needed a new home! From the moment we met, MJ had a strong intuitive understanding of the kind of house we would be happy in. MJ worked with us in a dedicated and most enjoyable manner every step of the way. With her help and support, we found and purchased our "dream house”! We are grateful for MJ's professional support as much as her warm and calming presence throughout the entire house-hunting experience and we would highly recommend MJ and her team to anybody who is looking for a new property in the TE/Radnor/LM area.

Working with MJ was a sincere pleasure in the sale of our two homes and the purchase of a new one. She managed all of the complexities, had tremendous respect for our busy schedules, kept us informed and calm throughout the process, and really brought to our attention key issues or risks that needed our thinking or decision making. We sometimes had a lot of time and energy to devote, and sometimes none, and MJ adjusted to us beautifully. We always felt informed, in touch, and had a tremendous resource in our camp. In what could have been terribly stressful and emotional experience was a wonderful journey of decisions that felt effortless due to her guidance.
